Class Description

HATHA SLOW - with Susze (Thursday 6pm) This class is suitable for all levels, modifications and variations will be given. Hatha is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. The class will start with a pranayama (the control of breath), or mindfulness meditation before moving through asanas (postures) with strong breath awareness. It provides a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. Finishing with a 10-minute to restore our balance.

Cancellation Policy

CLASS: Please cancel your booking an hour before the scheduled time. COURSE: No cancellation two weeks before the start of the course. If one is unable to attend due to Covid/illness, credit can be transferred to the next course or classes of your choice. RETREAT: No cancellation two weeks before the start of the retreat. If one is unable to attend due to Covid/illness, credit can be used for future classes/retreats/courses/workshops of your choice.
