Combining relaxing beginner-friendly gentle yoga while learning how to combat stress & anxiety in our daily lives. Course Includes: - Printed manual - Beginner Yoga - Small group with lots of personal attention - Meditation - Understanding stress and anxiety - How to identify stressors in the body - Understanding Mindfulness - Different breathing techniques to combat stress - Mindfulness exercises - Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques - Sound Healing In this six week course, you will learn how to identify stressors in your body, understanding anxiety, and will also be introduced to different techniques to calm your mind in the most natural ways - from mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation technique, breathing technique passed down by Yoga Guru T.Krishnamacharya before we move through yoga poses mindfully, and finish with a Sound Healing LIVE concert to get you ready for the new week ahead. WHEN: Every Sunday at 10.00am till 11.30am (from the 8th May, 2022 to 12th June, 2022) WHERE: Avondale Community House 50a Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland 1026 INVESTMENT: $120 for 9 hours in total, 6 sessions

CLASS: Please cancel your booking an hour before the scheduled time. COURSE: If you cancel your place on the course one week or more beforehand, you will be refunded in full LESS $20 service fee. If one is unable to attend due to Covid/illness, credit can be transferred to the next course or classes of your choice.
