In this two-hour workshop, we will be looking at identifying stressors in our emotional and physical bodies, using breath to calm our mind, applying mindfulness in our daily lives for stress-reduction. You will be given the tools you need to better manage stress level for better physical and mental health. We will end our practice with a crystal bowl sound healing for relaxation. We will begin with an open awareness (attention-focus) exercise to feel into our body, using breath to calm our mind, sensory exercises, grounding meditation and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) practice to release muscle tension in our body.
