Relaxing Wellness Day Retreat

Join us for a year-end retreat in stunning Waitakere ranges overlooking spectacular ocean and wilderness brought to you by Susze & Victoria.

An all-inclusive experience to connect with like-minded souls, to recharge, relax and unwind from the busyness of life. Unload your baggage, let all your stress dissolve in the beauty of the nature.

This retreat will be held in Savitri temple (Sacred Earth Retreat Centre) in Karekare - 

a handy 40-min drive from Auckland, surrounded by breathtaking views. It is far enough to keep you away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet still close enough from home.


A longer lunch-break is included for you to explore/indulge in nature.

Mindfulness Stress-relief Workshop
& Sound Healing

In this two-hour workshop, we will be looking at identifying stressors in our emotional and physical bodies, using breath to calm our mind, applying mindfulness in our daily lives for stress-reduction. You will be given the tools you need to better manage stress level for better physical and mental health. We will end our practice with a crystal bowl sound healing for relaxation.


We will begin with an open awareness (attention-focus) exercise to feel into our body, using breath to calm our mind, sensory exercises, grounding meditation and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) practice to release muscle tension in our body. With consistent practice, you will begin to notice below benefits which are backed by science:

This is a great opportunity to learn the foundation of basic yoga poses, giving you necessary knowledge and confident to begin your yoga journey.

This 90 minute workshop is suitable for someone who is in the beginning of their yoga journey, as well as seasonal practitioners who would like to revisit the basic. In this 90 minute workshop, we will look into alignments - a breakdown of common yoga postures, breath cues, and common contraindications of yoga poses. It is aim to give you more awareness in your body, knowledge, and confidence in your practice.
