Beginner Yoga Workshop
A great opportunity to learn the foundation of basic yoga poses, giving you necessary knowledge and confident to begin your yoga journey.
This 90 minute workshop is suitable for someone who is in the beginning of their yoga journey, and seasonal practitioners who would like to revisit the basic.
In this 90 minute workshop, we will look into alignments - a breakdown of common yoga postures, breath cues, and common contraindications of yoga poses. It is aim to give you more awareness in your body, knowledge, and confidence in your practice.

Combining relaxing beginner-friendly gentle yoga while learning how to combat stress & anxiety in our daily lives.
In this six week course, you will learn to identify stressors in your body, understanding anxiety, and will also be introduced to different techniques to calm your mind in the most natural ways - from mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation technique, breathing technique passed down by Yoga Guru T.Krishnamacharya before we move through yoga poses mindfully, and finish with a Sound Healing LIVE concert to get you ready for the new week ahead.
