Susze is an experienced yoga instructor, mindfulness and retreat facilitator based in West Auckland.

She thrives on a sweaty and energising flow, but also enjoys leading yin classes just as much. More recently, she’s into gentle flow and sound healing.


Through consistent mindfulness and yoga practice, she recovered from severe anxiety and depression. She runs weekly group yoga classes, mindfulness stress-relief workshops and regular yoga retreats in Auckland.


Victoria, originally from Ukraine, arrived in New Zealand over 10 years ago and it’s been her home since then. Yoga has been a part of her life for many years now. It started from a Russian internet video and body balance classes in a gym. She loves movement in different forms and has also been practicing Muay Thai for over two years now.

Victoria is our Somatic movement expert. Somatic Yoga is a blend of traditional yoga practice and somatic movement in the tradition of Thomas Hanna.

Yoga happens beyond the mat.

Anything you do with attention to how you feel, is doing yoga.

Breathing Meditation

You will learn to identify stressor in your body, techniques to calm your mind, mindfulness practice, meditation, different breathing exercises and sensory exercises. 

Manual is included in this course.

Yoga Retreat

We offer regular corporate and private yoga retreat. Our retreats have been popular among the community. For group retreats, please check out our latest offering.

Sound Healing

Sound healing works on healing the mental and emotional levels. Sound healing reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. Balancing and clearing the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. 

Community Classes

We run weekly community classes in Avondale Community House. Victoria runs somatic movement infused contemporary yoga. Susze runs a slow-paced hatha with a focus on stress-relief.

Both classes are suitable for beginners.

Get some Zen in between work, bring yoga to your workplace. Gentle movement to increase energy and decrease fatigue, meditation to improve concentration, memory and productivity.
