Susze is an experienced yoga instructor, mindfulness and retreat facilitator based in West Auckland.
She thrives on a sweaty and energising flow, but also enjoys leading yin classes just as much. More recently, she’s into gentle flow and sound healing.
Through consistent mindfulness and yoga practice, she recovered from severe anxiety and depression. She runs weekly group yoga classes, mindfulness stress-relief workshops and regular yoga retreats in Auckland.
Victoria, originally from Ukraine, arrived in New Zealand over 10 years ago and it’s been her home since then. Yoga has been a part of her life for many years now. It started from a Russian internet video and body balance classes in a gym. She loves movement in different forms and has also been practicing Muay Thai for over two years now.
Victoria is our Somatic movement expert. Somatic Yoga is a blend of traditional yoga practice and somatic movement in the tradition of Thomas Hanna.
Yoga happens beyond the mat.
Anything you do with attention to how you feel, is doing yoga.

You will learn to identify stressor in your body, techniques to calm your mind, mindfulness practice, meditation, different breathing exercises and sensory exercises.
