Susze

Hailing from Hamilton, Susze is a REPs NZ registered yoga teacher. She has a strong passion for stress and anxiety relief, sound healing and reiki.

 

She loves all kinds of yoga, from gentle to active and teaches power, vinyasa, hatha, yin and stress and anxiety yoga. Be prepared to sweat and push yourself in her power yoga class, and pamper yourself with relaxing music, meditation, essential oils and singing bowl at her gentle yoga class.

Victoria

Victoria, originally from Ukraine, arrived in New Zealand over 10 years ago and it’s been her home since then. Yoga has been a part of her life for many years now. It started from a Russian internet video and body balance classes in a gym. She loves movement in different forms and has also been practicing Muay Thai for over two years now.

Victoria is our Somatic movement expert. Somatic Yoga is a blend of traditional yoga practice and somatic movement in the tradition of Thomas Hanna.

Breathing Meditation

Stress & Anxiety

Helps to restore one’s inner balance, calm the anxious mind and cultivate self-love. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Essential oils are used to promote deep relaxation, gentle stretches with props, relaxing music, and you will leave feeling calmer and balanced after an hour session.

Yoga Pose

Power Yoga

A fast-paced and strenuous class designed to build strength and endurance which provides a good cardio and strength-training workout. But rest assured, options will be provided during the class.

Reiki & Sound Healing

Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Reiki Treatment

Stress & Anxiety Workshops

You will learn different techniques to manage stress and anxiety through helpful talks, breathing exercise and manage panic attacks, be guided through mindful movements and finish with a sound healing meditation to relax your mind and body.
